Shipping & returns
If you see a carpet that you like and you would like to buy the carpet, you can click on the "buy now" image. If you have clicked on this, the relevant carpet will be added to your shopping cart. You can then continue shopping by adding other items to your shopping cart. If you want to complete the order you can do this by clicking on the "pay now" image.
You then have the option to pay in different ways. You can pay with Paypal, IDEAL or with your credit card (VISA or MasterCard).
With iDEAL you can make trusted, secure and easy payment. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific payment methods.
You can also opt for prepayment by bank or giro.
You then transfer the total amount of the purchase invoice to account number 56.98.464 ING in the name of Zargar in Groningen. Hereby the article number must be stated on the purchase invoice.
As soon as we have received the money in our account, we will immediately send the carpet in question. The delivery time depends on your location. After receiving your payment, your carpet in the Netherlands is usually delivered within two working days.
You will have the opportunity to view the carpet for 14 days. If on closer inspection you do not like the carpet, we request that you return the carpet concerned to us in undamaged condition.
The prices of the carpets that we sell are all inclusive of VAT.
You naturally have a guarantee on all products that you buy from us. The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date you receive your order.
Orders that are not received after shipment and sent back to us.
For orders that are not received by you after shipment and that are returned to us by TNT, full shipping costs will be charged in both directions, i.e. shipping to you and shipping to us. These shipping costs are settled with the reimbursement of the purchase amount.
If something is wrong with your delivery or if you have received a wrong or damaged item or number of products, contact customer service immediately. The error may be reported no later than three days after the goods have been received. Reports received later will not be processed.
